Equipment Requirements
Solar Water Heating: Should be OG-300 certified by SRCC
Geothermal Heat Pumps: Must meet EER of at least 18 and a COP of at least 3.6
Installation Requirements
Licensed DE professional engineer required if the system is not OG-300 compliant
Ownership of Renewable Energy Credits
Not eligible to generate RECs
