Installation contractors must be North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) certified PV Installation Professionals. Metering, energy billing and credit must meet Jackson EMC’s Distributed Generation Interconnection Procedure installation guidelines and Net Metering Rider requirements.
