I have had solar now for 6 weeks and I'm incredibly pleased. I'm an engineer and have always been interested in going solar; I wanted to pay cash for the install and AEV was great to work with me on this. I received 4 solar quotes, 2 from national companies and 2 from local companies - my electric bill averaged around $120/month for my 1800 sq. ft. house and AEV recommended a 7.2 kW system. AEV had the best price for the exact same components as the national companies and I was impressed with their ability to get back with me promptly and professionally - one of the national companies was over $10,000 higher than the quote I received from AEV. I signed the contract and less than a month later, the solar panels were installed and generating electricity. I have Entergy - AEV handled all the Net Metering paperwork and I really just needed to sit back and watch. The first month's production exceeded their estimate by about 5% - the production estimates have been accurate so far. The installers were great and installed the panels in about 5 hours from start to finish. I have nothing but good things to say about AEV solar - I wished they had yard signs because all my neighbors are asking me about what company I used!

After shopping around we decided to find a local company. We stumbled across their page on Facebook and decided to give them a call. From the moment the secretary answered we knew we had found the right company. She was patient and answered all questions and explained things the other companies wouldn’t. Setting the appointment was easy and the salesman took his time and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting and why. They held our hand during the entire process and they are just a call a way which is something that makes me feel safe. Call them! You won’t be disappointed!

This is a small company with an incredible crew of energetic problem solving folks! After inquiring with three other companies AEV Solar not only provided me the solution with the highest amount of power generation, but they also gave me a very competitive price for that amount of power. I even went a step further and asked the other companies for a second quote for a higher power amount solution and they still couldn't match AEV's output. So why get less when you can have more? My house solar energy project encountered some unfortunate delays due to parts late arrival (end of 2020 and Covid put a lot of strain on FedEx, UPS, etc). What is usually an average 2 full day job turned into 5 half days in my case as parts were arriving and available, but their team worked tirelessly through a weekend, and I mean Saturday AND Sunday, to get my whole system set up and running as fast as possible. I bet no other solar company will work with you on a weekend to get your job done on time. Even with delays it took far longer for the Utility company to process my request for the meter swap than for AEV to do the whole installation and testing of the system. Major thanks to Jaimin and John who I met personally, and to the whole crew at large as well that even during Covid AND weekend still came over to help get my house up and running with solar power. If you're looking for the best solar solution for your home or business in Arkansas I'd say do the homework like I did. Inquire with multiple companies, compare their solutions and prices, and in the end you will most likely reach the same conclusion I did.

AFTER RESEARCHING SOLAR FOR TWO YEARS I GOT QUOTES FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES. AFTER REVIEW QUOTES AND ASKING TONS OF QUESTIONS I CHOSE AEV SOLAR. THEY WERE THE MOST PATIENT AND HAD THE BEST PRICING. THE SYSTEM INSTALLATION LOOKS GREAT AND IS PERFORMING BETTER THAN PROMISED. I WOULD BE WILLING TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE SHOPPING FOR SOLAR. CONTACT JOHN AT AEV SOLAR FOR MY CONTACT INFO. LES GLEN ROSE, AR

What To Look For In A Solar Installer?

When looking for a solar installer, it's essential to consider various factors to ensure you choose a reputable and competent company that meets your needs.

When selecting an installer like Arkansas Energy Ventures, LLC consider:

Experience and Reputation:

Look for a company with a solid track record and years of experience in the solar industry. Read the latest Arkansas Energy Ventures, LLC solar reviews from past customers to gauge their reputation.

Certifications and Licenses:

Ensure the installer holds the necessary licenses and certifications required in your area. Look for certifications from organizations like the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) to verify their expertise.

Quality Products and Technology:

Inquire about the types and brands of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment they use. Quality matters for long-term performance. Ask if they offer the latest solar technologies, such as high-efficiency panels or energy storage solutions.

Warranty Information:

Understand the warranties they offer for equipment and workmanship. A reputable installer should provide comprehensive warranties. The majority of modern solar panels are equipped with a warranty spanning 20 to 30 years, encompassing both the product's integrity and its energy output. An ordinary workmanship warranty offered by a certified company typically provides coverage for solar panels for an average period of 10 years.

Transparent Pricing and Contracts:

Get detailed solar quotes that include all costs, from equipment and labor to permits and inspections. Review the contract carefully to ensure it's clear and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Local Knowledge:

Choose a company familiar with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes. This can expedite the installation and ensure compliance.

Customized Design:

Look for companies who provide custom solar system designs tailored to your specific energy needs and property characteristics.

Energy Production Estimates:

The installer should provide accurate estimates of how much energy the system will generate, factoring in local climate conditions and other key influences. If your estimated solar savings are much higher with one solar company, you'll want to inquire further to ensure their savings projections aren't skewed to close the sale. Financing Options:

Inquire about solar financing options, including purchase, lease, or power purchase agreements (PPAs). Ensure you know the pros and cons of each option.

Customer Service:

Assess their responsiveness and willingness to answer your questions and concerns and consider the installer's commitment to your project satisfaction. Throughout your solar process we’ll advocate for you, ensuring your solar project is done right.

References and Recommendations:

Seek recommendations from friends, family, or colleagues who have installed solar panels. Ask the installer for references from past clients who can share their experiences. You can also read the latest reviews on Arkansas Energy Ventures, LLC.

Multiple Quotes:
