After reviewing a handful of quotes on the marketplace, we went with YES, which was not the cheapest. We chose YES mainly because they were local to us, had very good reviews on other media and they had a reputation for using quality components. We began the process in October, and we obtained an approximate installation date the week following Thanksgiving. YES assisted with the completion and submission of our HOA application. After being approved, their surveying staff arrived to conduct an initial assessment. Plans were drawn up and submitted to the County by YES, and after all the permits were approved, work began within about a week. I found their surveying and installation team to be very professional, respectful and neat. The install took less than a day. During the install process, their team removed a handful of roof tiles, and set them aside neatly for us. I was impressed with the quality of their worksmanship, including but not limited to the signage on our access boxes. Throughout the process, YES communicated with us every step, both via email and phone. I did have to followup with them to make good their promise to paint our conduit to match our house, and this is being completed today. YES recently attempted to assist in the acquiring of a panel rebate here on EnergySage. I thought this was a very nice gesture. Completion of our job, and our tie into the grid was completed before 12/31/2019, which helps us obtain the greatest Federal tax rebate. I would have no hesitation working with YES again.

I signed up with energysage and received a few offers from different companies however Your Energy Solutions was the winner. my solar system installed in June 2018 about 30 days after entered the agreement. Things went smooth and the system has been up and running since then without any issues. My True-up bill is currently showing negative Kilowatt which means my system generates more and i am getting money back from PGE. Shopping for solar system was very complicated process however Your Energy Solutions made things seemed to be very simple and easy. They are absolutely deserved a five stars review.
