My review is from years of owning several systems and inquiring from all the other companies. LA Solar is the only company that gave me an amazing quote and the installation was so professional. Their solar team got me through the pain that SCE put me through. Always there to answer questions and concerns. The installation team was very careful not to break roof tiles. Electrical panels were so neatly installed (a work of art!). Integrated with Solar Batteries for when my power is shut down, which is done periodically. Overall a superb company!

We installed a Solar panel system (13KW) on our home through LA Solar Group. Our home is not an out of the box consideration and we had it designed by an architect. As such, we are very particular about the quality of the work done on our home.  In the case of our installation, some of the patching and paint matching on our stucco wall was not performed at the quality level we expected. While the process of communicating our concerns had its ups and downs and our concerns needed to be escalated, LA Solar took responsibility for the mistakes and work done by the subcontractor. While they offered to send a different contractor to repair and paint the wall on the outside of our home, we chose to go with a contractor my wife and I vetted. LA Solar reimbursed us for the cost of our contractor even though his cost for the scope of work was outside of their protocol and company guidelines. In the end, we have the system we wanted and were able to hire a contractor we felt would provide the attention to detail to our home.

I contacted LA Solar about 2 weeks before the deadline for NEM 2.0.  They quickly submitted the application to SCE.  The permitting process, installation, City inspection, and approval of PTO took about 4 months (partly because SCE was very backed up with application). Also, because my roof is Clay S-tiles, LA Solar contracted with a roofing company to remove the tiles, install a new asphalt shingle roof, and put the s-tiles on top of that new roof, except where the solar panels are located. The crew that installed the solar panels with Enphase system was excellent. The head of the crew also did excellent work involving the electrical system. The City inspections went smoothly with no corrections required. The roofing company contracted also did excellent work. The system is working perfectly and the Enphase monitoring system enables me to see that all the panels are working properly. I am very pleased with the work done by LA Solar and recommend them.
