New York Power Solutions has been great from Day 1, prior to contacting NY Power Solutions, I had contacted the other popular big companies for estimates. after a few weeks of getting estimates it was clear that they only wanted me to sign and they did not fully understanding the equipment or the service they provided. Spending this amount of money I expected a knowledgeable professional sales Rep. I was Completely turned off to solar...I finally I contacted NY power Solutions. My Sales Rep David Defilippo was great !!!. He was very knowledgeable, He first analyzed an entire years worth of electric bills to determine if Solar was even worth it for me. Once we determined it is worth it we had schematic drawn via satelite images to see how many panels can actually fit and to see how much power I can produce. I felt very comfortable m him throughout this process and never felt pushed or rushed. He also got me the best financing rate. A technician then came to my house and flew a drone over the house verifying my that my roof was in good condition and able to support the panels. Cindy the project Manager was assigned, she dealt with the Town and the Utility company ( O&R) to assure things went smoothly. She dealt with all the bureaucracy. Finally, Installation day, The installers were also great as well. A team of 7 people came and fully installed my system in one day to my surprise. They all knew their job and worked like a well oil machine. They were all respectful and very professional. They also completely cleaned and removed all debris from the installation. I am hoping to have many years of trouble free solar. I highly recommend NY Power Solutions.

Before installing my solar panels by Power Solution, I shopped around and got a quote from multiple solar power companies. However, I would get the run around from everyone and not get the final price. Not until I called Power Solution and got in contact with Joe Strzelecki who told me straight up what my final price would be with the total system unit. My system size was 12240 with Q-Cells 340 with about 36 panels! I was treated with the upmost respect, with fast replies, professionalism, knowledgeable answers and a true dedication to giving me the best value. Joe Strzelecki is not only knowledgeable in the solar panel systems but he is very motivated to give you the best value he can give you. He kept in contact with me every step of the way from installation, scheduling inspections, reminding me to sign off on the finance loan and anything else relative to this project. Honestly, I don’t think I would have signed with Power Solution if it wasn’t for Joe due to his dedication, honesty and aspirations to making the world a better place with solar energy. If you do want to install solar, ask for Joe Strzelecki as your sales rep as he will explain everything from start to finish with honesty.

just bought my first home in October of 2020 and doing solar was one of my first projects on the list in making my home as efficient as possible to save me money over the long run. With Indian Point shutting down here in lower NY and the new regime making sure to screw every American by driving up gas prices, oil prices, and effectively the cost of all energy across the board, doing solar seemed like a clear choice to protect myself from the oncoming inflation of electric bills. I did my research into solar companies and New York Power Solutions was by far the best choice. I had always been skeptical about solar companies, especially when you would see houses with panels strung across the roof with no rhyme or reason and I just figured it was one of those walk into Home Depot and get swindled into solar kinda deals. New York Power Solutions was as good as all the reviews I read and far exceeded my expectations. I got on the phone and asked about a million questions, all of which they had the answer to and after the site survey they worked with me back and forth to create a design on my roof that looked really clean, working around all the vents and obstacles on my roof, and with absolutely no wiring showing instead of looking like a botched game of Tetris. The best part was the price though, it was 0 money down, ZERO. And with the tax rebates it was literally close to 50% of the costs covered up front and the rest was financed for like 2.15% which is essentially free money. For all of this, I bought the panels which will be paid off in 15 years at that low rate but even better is that they are warranteed for 25 years and not to mention the value they add to my home if I ever do decide to sell. I know it sounds too good to be true and I thought the same but I am so so happy that aside from the stupid service charge from the electric company that there is no way around, I'm gonna have free electricity. And even with that charge, it seems that my panels are on track to over produce and will probably earn me more money back per year than what I pay the electric company. I have nothing but great things to say about New York Power Solutions, my point man Mike D., and the installation team who banged it out in less than a day, especially Robert who was meticulous as I am and made sure to get my panels looking like a work of art even with some humps in my roof where there was an addition added on. If you're seriously considering doing solar, do it soon, the tax credits seem to drop every year as more people come on board, but more importantly, call New York Power Solutions. They will explain everything much better than I can this online review and you'll be happy you did, I couldn't be more thrilled with the service and nothing compares to looking at the integrated app on a sunny day and seeing the panels on the roof not only save but make me money. 14.62kW system in Westchester County, NY. I interviewed several solar companies and chose NY Power Solutions based on their pricing and the professional, responsive help of my salesperson Justin Roche. While the process took a while and involved a lot of steps, Justin handled EVERYTHING and was available throughout on his cell phone to answer any questions. My system was installed in about 5 hours by a friendly crew of 11 with zero surprises or hassles. I have thoroughly recommended NY Power Solutions to all of my friends interested in solar (of which there are many now!)
