David and his team at O3 Home Solar installed an efficient system at our home which has drastically reduced our energy bills. We have over 50 years old energy inefficient home and the solar system just installed by O3 Home solar has made a huge difference in our comfort and peace of mind. O3 home solar staffs are friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about solar.

A big thank to everyone at O3 home solar for a wonderful experience. The team did an excellent job handling the project from start to finish. The sale representative explained the benefits and the cost of the system. In summary, the team was friendly and efficient. The installation process was quick and well organized.

All thanks to the sale team and the technical crew that put in our solar panels. They worked tirelessly to complete the job. Everyone was kind, considerate of our property, and professional. We are beyond excited.

I’m pleased with O3 home solar. I was a supervisor in the electrical department in my company and I’ve recently installed solar on my roof. The switch between office and residential was seamless. O3 home staffs are really fun people to work with. I can say, they’re the best float to walk behind in a parade.

03 Solar has become a dishonest company. About two years ago they installed 71 solar panels on my roof. The solar system has been flawless, however, in May of 2022 I agreed to install a battery back up system. As required when I originally installed the solar panels I had to pay a 50 percent deposit up-front for them to order the equipment. In this case after a year waiting I can't even get anyone of authority to talk to me and explain why they can't install the system. My advice to anyone who is thinking about installing a solar system from this company; "DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT UNLESS..... THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT CAN BE PUT IN ESCROW WITH PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS!!!"

Make sure you stay away from O3 Solar. They will give you a great sales pitch to lure you in (to include bragging about serving large organizations with impeccable credibility). After installation good luck getting any sort of customer service/satisfaction. We paid around $34,000.00 for a system that is not working correctly. The company will do a great job during the sale and even getting it installed quickly, but once they are done good luck getting them back out to your house. There have been so many times that the company scheduled to come out to my house, but never showed up. There were a few times that I had to call to see if they were still coming out to my house to only be told that they would not be able to make it. After the solar panels were installed, I got my next electric bill to only discover that my electricity bill was the same before having solar panels, so I paid a $200.00 electricity bill in addition to my $111.00 bill to O3 Solar. I didn't think much of it as the system had only been in place for a short period of time. However, after the second month of my electricity bill not going down, I emailed and called several times the POC that was given to me to only get a response 2 weeks later. This started about mid-June. I finally was able to talk to Jamie R. on the phone and receive an email from her. I told her my concerns and she told me she would get it scheduled right away. I finally received a notification that that the lead technician would be out on July 12. My wife took off work all day to only find out after I reached out at 2:00 p.m. that the lead technician would not be able to meet with us. The lead technician did call me to "walk me through the system." That wasn't much help and did not resolve my concern about the solar system not working. In addition, I sent an email complaining about having to pay my full electricity bill plus my payment to Dividend, the financial institute O3 Solar uses for loans. Jaime requested for me to send her my electricity bill for them to review. After the reviewed my electricity bill in August, O3 Solar agreed to reimburse us on the past payments. We have yet to receive those reimbursements. At the beginning of September a technician came out to our house to trouble shoot the system. He informed me that we had faulty equipment and this could be a possible fire hazard. Two weeks later, after not hearing anything from O3 Solar, I sent an email to Jamie asking when would the issue be resolved. I was informed by the CEO, Brad Stutzman, that Jamie was no longer with the company. Brad S. informed me that her replacement would be reaching out to me. She did reach out to me to schedule to have the meter replaced. She informed me that it would not happen for another two weeks putting the meter to be installed around mid October. I responded to her email asking her if she knew my entire situation with the company. She did not, so I had to explain what has been going on the past 5 months. I did not hear anything from them for a little over two months. Then during the third week of December I get a phone call saying they wanted to schedule a time to install the meter. I told her I wanted out of the contract and to come get their equipment. This resulted in Brad S. (CEO) getting involved. The communication with him has been horrible and he refuses to take responsibility for anything. All I can say is this company is good at selling snake oil. I would definitely not recommend this company! If you would like more details to include specific emails, look at our solar system, or look at the damage they did to my roof (which needs to be replaced due to O3 Solar's poor workmanship), please reach out to me at I don't want any family to go through what we have went through.

What To Look For In A Solar Installer?

When looking for a solar installer, it's essential to consider various factors to ensure you choose a reputable and competent company that meets your needs.

When selecting an installer like O3 Energy consider:

Experience and Reputation:

Look for a company with a solid track record and years of experience in the solar industry. Read the latest O3 Energy solar reviews from past customers to gauge their reputation.

Certifications and Licenses:

Ensure the installer holds the necessary licenses and certifications required in your area. Look for certifications from organizations like the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) to verify their expertise.

Quality Products and Technology:

Inquire about the types and brands of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment they use. Quality matters for long-term performance. Ask if they offer the latest solar technologies, such as high-efficiency panels or energy storage solutions.

Warranty Information:

Understand the warranties they offer for equipment and workmanship. A reputable installer should provide comprehensive warranties. The majority of modern solar panels are equipped with a warranty spanning 20 to 30 years, encompassing both the product's integrity and its energy output. An ordinary workmanship warranty offered by a certified company typically provides coverage for solar panels for an average period of 10 years.

Transparent Pricing and Contracts:

Get detailed solar quotes that include all costs, from equipment and labor to permits and inspections. Review the contract carefully to ensure it's clear and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Local Knowledge:

Choose a company familiar with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes. This can expedite the installation and ensure compliance.

Customized Design:

Look for companies who provide custom solar system designs tailored to your specific energy needs and property characteristics.

Energy Production Estimates:

The installer should provide accurate estimates of how much energy the system will generate, factoring in local climate conditions and other key influences. If your estimated solar savings are much higher with one solar company, you'll want to inquire further to ensure their savings projections aren't skewed to close the sale. Connect with us for a free estimate.

Financing Options:

Inquire about solar financing options, including purchase, lease, or power purchase agreements (PPAs). Ensure you know the pros and cons of each option.

Customer Service:

Assess their responsiveness and willingness to answer your questions and concerns and consider the installer's commitment to your project satisfaction. Throughout your solar process we’ll advocate for you, ensuring your solar project is done right.

References and Recommendations:

Seek recommendations from friends, family, or colleagues who have installed solar panels. Ask the installer for references from past clients who can share their experiences. You can also read the latest reviews on O3 Energy.

Multiple Quotes:
