We were completely happy with Solarmax! Dan Cooley is the best sales representative! He has answered every question we had from day one! Our electric bill went from $400 per month to $4.00 and can’t be happier!

I worked with Brandon Mezzanatto at SolarMax Technology and have been thrilled with the overall service since my first phone call. Brandon was thorough in his consultation and both patient and knowledgable with my numerous follow up questions. I interviewed multiple companies and could not be more thrilled with my decision to go solar and enlist the services of Brandon and the rest of the team. The entire process from consult to activation was smooth and trouble free. At every stage members of SolarMax Technology would communicate timelines and provide updates on the project. I cannot help but compare the quality of installation to other homes in my neighborhood and I am pleased each time with the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the SolarMax Installation team. I would not hesitate to recommend Brandon and SolarMax again and again. The system is exceeding expectations so far.

We've considered Solar for about 4 to 5 years now and even went as far as design stage with two other companies but were turned off with experience. After listening to the 5 Year no interest plan on the Radio, we tried again.
I manage my Company Sales Team and don't appreciate a hard sell. From the very beginning Brandon Mezzanatto proved we had nothing to worry about. He was far from a hard sell and simply informed us and enabled us to make a decision suit our needs. I liked that he tailored it to suit us once he understood we had previously explored Solar and knew the pros and cons. Entire Team and experience was excellent.

Great Communication and excellent response from Brandon Mezzanatto Sales and Project Manager Joshua Progue as needed.

So far I am completely satisfied with my Solar Max system. The whole process was done very professionally and double checked all through the process. Brandon Mezzanatto came to our home and completely explained the start to finish process. As I explained to him at the time, I had already had several other solar companies over to the house and listened to them and got their quotes also. As I had explained to all of the solar reps, I had worked construction for over 30 years myself and of course was interested in a fair price, but needed to feel good about the company that would get my business. I was impressed with SolarMax and was really impressed with their Riverside facility. I just ended my 3rd complete month of being Solar Powered. I went a little over the recommended amount of panels, from what I have seen so far, I should never have an electric bill again, with the exception of the monthly minimal $12-$15 service charge. Plus I am building up credits each month that should add up to hundreds of dollars for power sold back to SCE at the end of the year. The online monitoring tells me from anywhere what my system is doing 24/7. Again I would say that SolarMax has done what they promised andI am pleased.

What a wonderful experience. My wife and I have been considering going solar for quite sometime and finally decided to do some research. I had heard an ad for SolarMax on KFI radio, and after another quote from a local solar company called SolarMax for a second quote. The representative Brandon Mezzanatto came to our home and went over the entire process within about an hour. As per their suggestion both my wife and I needed to be there so we both could make an informed decision on whether or not solar would work for us. Again this was our second presentation and what a difference. Not only was the price substantially less but Brandon Mezzanatto,s presentation and information was stellar in it's completeness, and to the level as to where my wife and I could easily understand the savings and process of installation and financing. He also helped us understand that if or when we go to sell out home that we needed to find a real estate agent versed in selling a property with solar. Through out the entire process (aprox. 3 weeks) from agreeing and signing paperwork we were producing our own energy (amazing). In the first 3 months with our air conditioner running at 76 degrees 24/7 with 4 TV,s 3 refrigerators / freezers and ceiling fans our energy towards our yearly bill was $7.47. My wife who pays all the bills thanks me weekly for going solar. Being able to run the air comfortably and not have to worry about the previous year of $300 to $700 summer electric bills. Lastly our consultant Brandon Mezzanatto was amazing through out the entire process during and after. Every time I called he answered his cell phone every time and had my answers immediately. All rebates also came in a timely fashion. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon Mezzanatto and SolarMax for your solar. Best thing we have ever done for our finances and renewable energy.
Sincerely Timothy and Lisa Shirk

From start to finish the process was painless and straight forward. When you compare what Solar Max has to offer versus what else is available in the market, very few even come close to what guarantees and product are given.

The panels are made in the U.S. by Solar Max. It makes for easy service if by some remote chance you do need it. We had others pitch their products and service. If you're looking for the honesty and fast high quality product and workmanship, so with Solar Max

Hello my name is John G and I am a very happy customer of SolarMax. I now have had my system in for a year and I am very happy with it. The sales and Installation Dept is very friendly, well trained and helpful. If there are any problems they will take care of it and you don’t have to worry . The real reason I went over to SOLAR was my power bill with SCE was as high as $300 mo. and as much as I could try to bring it down. I could not , for example a/c keeping it down to 81 not leaving light on and turning off other stuff around the house to save money. I then started contacting Solars companies , and only one could assist me, that was SolarMax. Why do you ask?? Simple I am a ghost on the credit report, I have not taken a loan out since 2005 AUTO loan and paid it off. I pay cash for everything, even my home CASH. But then 30 years ago I was making bank and homes were cheap. The only plans these other companies had was LEASE or buy on CREDIT plan, looking at a starting price around $18,000 and more. I then contacted SolarMax (Riverside Ca.) they had a salesman by the name of Robert come out and talk to me. I explain to him the problems I was having with the other companies . His reply was he would resolve it and fix me up with one of SOLAR MAX sys. He spent 6 hr here with me BUILDING my system I guest you can say CUSTOM build . He and I built a SOLAR system for $9000. Cash in the same system other places would have cost starting around $18000. Did I buy it ?YES I DID $9000 cash. NO LEASE or PAYMENTS. Later I met with the owner again, very friendly and also the others working there . I was given a tour of their operation where they manufacture the panels and I was very impressed. Are you now interested in how much SCE gets a month ?? Over the last year the highest power bill was $23 dollars. I am now saving money and the system will have paid for itself in a few years. Remember SCE rates go up every year. Thank you SolarMax and most of all ROBERT. Thank you ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER JOHN G.

What To Look For In A Solar Installer?

When looking for a solar installer, it's essential to consider various factors to ensure you choose a reputable and competent company that meets your needs.

When selecting an installer like SolarMax Technology consider:

Experience and Reputation:

Look for a company with a solid track record and years of experience in the solar industry. Read the latest SolarMax Technology solar reviews from past customers to gauge their reputation.

Certifications and Licenses:

Ensure the installer holds the necessary licenses and certifications required in your area. Look for certifications from organizations like the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) to verify their expertise.

Quality Products and Technology:

Inquire about the types and brands of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment they use. Quality matters for long-term performance. Ask if they offer the latest solar technologies, such as high-efficiency panels or energy storage solutions.

Warranty Information:

Understand the warranties they offer for equipment and workmanship. A reputable installer should provide comprehensive warranties. The majority of modern solar panels are equipped with a warranty spanning 20 to 30 years, encompassing both the product's integrity and its energy output. An ordinary workmanship warranty offered by a certified company typically provides coverage for solar panels for an average period of 10 years.

Transparent Pricing and Contracts:

Get detailed solar quotes that include all costs, from equipment and labor to permits and inspections. Review the contract carefully to ensure it's clear and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Local Knowledge:

Choose a company familiar with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes. This can expedite the installation and ensure compliance.

Customized Design:

Look for companies who provide custom solar system designs tailored to your specific energy needs and property characteristics.

Energy Production Estimates:

The installer should provide accurate estimates of how much energy the system will generate, factoring in local climate conditions and other key influences. If your estimated solar savings are much higher with one solar company, you'll want to inquire further to ensure their savings projections aren't skewed to close the sale. Connect with us for a free estimate.

Financing Options:

Inquire about solar financing options, including purchase, lease, or power purchase agreements (PPAs). Ensure you know the pros and cons of each option.

Customer Service:

Assess their responsiveness and willingness to answer your questions and concerns and consider the installer's commitment to your project satisfaction. Throughout your solar process we’ll advocate for you, ensuring your solar project is done right.

References and Recommendations:

Seek recommendations from friends, family, or colleagues who have installed solar panels. Ask the installer for references from past clients who can share their experiences. You can also read the latest reviews on SolarMax Technology.

Multiple Quotes:

Don't hesitate to obtain quotes from multiple installers to compare pricing, services, and warranties. Hint: We can help!

Financing and Incentive Knowledge:

Ensure the installer is knowledgeable about available incentives, tax credits, rebates and financing options. At EnergyPal, we’ll help maximize your savings.

Safety Practices:

Confirm that the installer adheres to safety protocols during installation to protect both workers and your property.

By researching and considering these factors, you can select a reputable solar installer who will provide a quality solar energy system and a positive experience throughout the installation process. Connect with us to learn more about the best solar installers in your area.

Steps for Installing Solar Panels

 • Qualification: Contact solar companies through web forms, referrals, or flyers. Answer questions to determine eligibility.
 • System Design: Receive initial solar system design in a proposal. Review the design and consider panel placement, avoiding “under-sizing“ or “oversizing.“
 • Compare Quotes: Evaluate quotes, considering factors like monthly payments, power output, and system details. Seek guidance to simplify the comparison.
 • Contract Signing: Select a company and panel design, understand and sign the contract.
 • Site Survey: Technician assesses the site for solar panel installation, checking roof orientation and structural integrity.
 • Engineering: Behind-the-scenes process finalizes system layout, electrical configuration, and structural safety for permit submission.
 • Permitting: The company obtains necessary permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
 • Installation: Expert team mounts panels, installs wiring and inverters, connects the system to the grid.
 • System Activation: Request final inspections, obtain permission to operate (PTO) from the utility, and turn on the system. Monitoring apps track power generation.
